In 1955 Basil Piunti intuition had the idea of coming to live with his family in the area of the city where what one day would become one of the most beautiful seafront of Europe was only one lane unpaved and unlit and the house with a plan would become a modern facility, at that time the idea could prove overwhelming, rash and not raise many eyebrows, but the time would have given him reason and with his wife and family of his son would follow up and deliver these ideas.
